Sun Gazing Awakening DNA Activation Trance

Posted on Jan 26, 2012 under Destinations | 16 Comments

visit www.getalchemymeditations.com for more music and meditations like this. Sun gazing stimulates your body to produce Vitamin D amongst many other vital substances. Vitamin D is more like a hormone in that it regulates the function of your master proof reader gene that controls all your other genes. It is essential for optimum health. Achieving optimum vitamin D levels will result in a DNA activation itself. Many diseases of the west have been shown to be corrected with vitamin D3 supplementation. The Pineal gland (our 3rd eye) also acts like a receptor for sun energy when we sun gaze, converting and transmitting it into a useable form for our body. Because of this sun energy can make us feel contented, vitalised and rejuvenated without the yearning for superficial and material desires. This is because your body craves other sources of energy and stimulus to feel fulfilled. The high dose of sun energy that the sun gazers enjoy means they can go without food for prolonged periods of time, feel spiritually connected and satisfied with simple means. It is no wonder that the bringer of life, the sun, has been worshipped since the dawn of mankind. If you live in a dark climate or spend most of your time indoors, take regular holidays, or move to a sunnier location if you want to experience the benefits of the sun. Famously HRM spent 411 days with no food, just sun energy and water with no harmful effects. Watch his videos for an in depth guide to how to sun gaze.

Sound travels at about 760 miles per hour, or 340 meters per second and about 661 knots on an average day at sea level. And sometimes, you can almost see it. Going close to that speed through air can cause some unusual visual effects. This compiled footage includes F-14s, standard and Blue Angels F-18s, plus the SR-71 and an Atlas Rocket launch. AVweb contacted sources at NASA to research the phenomena. Video by Glenn Pew www.glennpew.com for http

The Karakoram Highway (KKH) runs from Kashgar in Western China to Islamabad in Pakistan, and isn’t so much a highway as a ‘high road’. It took a stunning 20 years to finish the road, and even today it continues to suffer from extreme weather and environmental disasters. The KKH runs through the highest concentration of soaring mountain peaks and raging rivers in the world, and is generally considered to be among the most spectacular areas on our planet. Traveling here isn’t for the faint hearted, although transportation has improved significantly in the past decades. In October 2010 I had the chance to travel the Karakoram Highway. Although Pakistan had suffered its worst floods in recent history the same year, most parts of the road were still intact. Nevertheless, traveling the road proved a massive challenge and also a great adventure. As these events had scared off many tourists and travelers, I found myself among locals for nearly all of the time. (Other than royalty free audio, I also used a short part of the following song: Bharat Humko Jaan Se Pyara Hai – by Penn Penn Masala)
